Uncovering Oklahoma
It’s time for me to reveal Uncovering Oklahoma. The goal of the documentary series is to showcase interesting places to visit, things to do, food to sample, and stores to shop at for teens and young adults. Eventually if the show goes well it will cover all of Oklahoma, but for the first season or so it will focus on the greater Oklahoma City metro area. Basically, every place from Stillwater to Norman will be featured.
As I’ve been compiling the list of locations to feature and showing that list around, everyone saw a few places on that list that they have never heard of before. Most of my friends think that there is noting to do or check out and I want to show everyone what Oklahoma City has to offer. I know it can be pretty boring, but hopefully with this show I’ll make it less boring. I’m also uncovering many new places myself. I’m exited. Charmaine and Tristan, the hosts, are excited. Plus everyone that I told about it so far is looking forward to watching it.
I’ve been waiting to reveal the production on here once I got the domain name registered and now that it’s mine, you can visit the Uncovering Oklahoma site at www.uncoveringoklahoma.com today. Right now, it’s just a simple page explaining that the show is in production and will air either late May or early June. We will have a few episodes finished and then I’ll released a new episode each week until I run out. If the show is popular, we’ll begin work on filming even more episodes. We’re making plans to start filming some locations or at the very least, investigating a few un-visited, some time next week.
